- sec3s will make it for it too, to supervise and help as much as possible(: because this cip is the day before our midyears.
- cip date: first session - 27 May , 2.30 to 4 or 5, depending on the business we have(:

- 1 ) Charlotte and rachel awesomest of the awesomest will be going up to speak to the school during morning announcements
- 2) Posters will be plastered all over the school, explaining that 27 is the confirmed date, no changes and no more confusions
- 3) flyers will be re-updated to explain that 27 may is confirmed
okok now time for homework!
- Nithia - to update on the flyers, change the date to 27may. ensure that the poster contains info telling them that they are to park their car near the canteen at the vending machines there, for the safety of us, and also ensure that they are available in the staffroom or smth so that we can easily contact them when we need them. IMPT: to emphasize that this is the most updated flyers given up, and to apologise for the confusion in the previous flyers give out to the teachers, those were not the confirmed dates. to get the latest flyers from celest. after you are done, send it to my email and also post it to the this blog so that orchidians can see it. Deadline: 17 May
- Celest and rachel - to come up with a poster design each so that we can use these to paste up around the school. to emphsize that this is the confirmed date, to prevent confusion. and also to post it onto this blog here, and send me copy of it once you've made the changes base on the comments given by orchidians awesomest of the awesomest. poster info to be roughly about the same as the flyers, so must collaborate with nithia(: Deadline: 17may to put up on this blog (:
- Kaushi - to draft out announcement for rachel and me to say to the school. up to you to make it sound serious or funny, wadever you think can attract teachers to let us wash their car. ensure that you include the price, who we are, why we are doing this (5w1h basically) and any other info you must add! like eg, that sorry for the confusion and that this is the confirmed date. (put it in the nicer way hor) hahaha. okok. send to me for editing, or if you want can also put it up on this blog too so that orchidians awesomest of the awesomest can give comments too.
